TerraBox AB does not store full payment card details. All online transactions are encrypted and processed by the respective payment providers.
5. Delivery & Shipping Safeguards
Container houses are delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms to the customer’s site.

- Unloading onto ground included where truck access allows
- Clear allocation of responsibilities for cranes, foundations, and permits
- Risk transfers only after unloading has been completed

TerraBox AB provides clear warranty coverage:
- 5-year structural frame warranty
- 2-year manufacturing defect warranty
- Manufacturer warranties on components and appliances
